Holistic Core Wellness offers various health and wellness programs such as weight loss, personal coaching, youth core transformation, recommendation of meal plans and corporate wellness. The results may vary for every individual.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

To schedule an appointment, click on Book Your Consultation tab or you can reach us out by email info@holisticcorewellness.com. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give 24 hours’ notice.  This notice must be by email or text and be sent within 24 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time. Please give your calendar a thorough look before scheduling, and reserve re-scheduling for emergencies only.  Your success depends on it. A fee of $50 will be charged for late cancellation. No, the show will be fully charged.

4. Payment

Payment must be made prior to receiving the service. We offer several payment options, including major credit cards and cash. Additionally, we provide the flexibility of paying for our services in installments.

5. Confidentiality

Holistic Core Wellness is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy. Any information you share with us is treated as confidential, and we adhere to HIPAA Compliance standards, ensuring that your data remains secure and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Holistic Core Wellness makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holistic Core Wellness shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, lost profits, or damages to property, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if Holistic Core Wellness has been advised of the possibility of such damages. We also do not promise diagnosing and treating any kind of medical illness or disease.

If any provision within these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, said provision will be removed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline providing our services if we determine that the circumstances are not conducive to our standards.
