In our Life Crisis training session, Coach Amy demonstrated thorough knowledge of the subject matter in addition to a keen sense of empathy towards my experiences as well as those of the other participants. Over our sessions, Coach Amy’s ability to connect and respond to my thoughts made the experience very personal and encouraged me to use her tools to continue on an upward trajectory. I would highly recommend Amy Nelson as a competent and incredibly caring coach.
