 Its extremely difficult to keep up with regular practice of exercise or some form of physical activity if you are not     passionate about it.

  Set an intention & observe - Think of a physical activity  whether its a sport that you like, a gym workout or a    home     workout , tell yourself  that you intend to do it and observe how you feel after the practice.

 Create an environment - No matter how small your space is , clean it up and lay your mat , place your water     bottle , keep   your towel on the side  and start.

 Set a reminder - This way it would be difficult for you to ignore your workout.

 A simple   practice of regular physical activity would give you wonderful results ,happy hormones and  great  looks.

   Our environment today is chaotic and we barely have time to even stop and think where we are heading .

4. Binge Eating Disorder

Eating disorders are serious conditions that impact your overall health negatively and disrupt your ability to function in many areas of your life. Most eating disorders involve focusing too much on your weight, body, shape and food, leading to dangerous eating behaviors. 

 Binge Eating Disorder are known to cause binge-eating episodes that will repeat many times over a week or even the same day. In each episode, the people that suffer will eat a quantity of food much higher than the majority of the population would eat at the same time, and then experiences a feeling of guilt. In addition, it occurs in solitude and, mainly, in the evening. It tends to lead to weight gain and causes damage to your gut.

Some of the  behavioral and emotional signs and symptoms of BED are constantly eating even when full, no control over eating and not realising when to stop, secretly piling food to binge later, eating normally in the presence of others but devouring when isolated , experiencing feelings of stress or anxiety that can only be relieved by eating, feeling numb while binge eating, never feel satisfied.

Complications that binge eating disorder can cause include, poor quality of life, problems in their personal life or in social situations, social isolation, obesity and all the obesity-related illnesses, such as joint problems, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and some sleep-related breathing disorders.
