What is Happiness?
It's a state of contentment and true satisfaction. When we experience positive emotions, amusement, gratification, joy, and pleasure, we say we feel happy.
As we grow up, we often remember our childhood and miss those memories as we associate those memories with happiness. We forget how to be happy as adults.
How often do we feel really happy, and what makes us truly happy? With the stress around us, we have lost touch with ourselves and forgotten what it is like to be truly happy.
Stress is as real to us as our life, and it affects us in so many ways. At some point in life, every individual goes through some degree of stress; some individuals experience stress more than others, and some have difficulty dealing with stress. Stress can be manifested from any situation or thought that causes an individual to experience frustration, anger, and nervousness, whereas anxiety is a feeling of fear and apprehension.
What does all the stress do to us at a deeper level? What does it make us? We need to ask ourselves, did we every REALLY feel happy in our life?
